Job description: We need a sales executive for the lubricants product. The person will handle channel sales & marketing. the candidates will handle dealers & distributors.
Key responsibilities:
1. Achieve month-wise sales objectives in his/her area overall volume target, range selling target, reach, and depth of distribution target
2. Collect in line with credit terms offered
3. Make world-class sales calls using prescribed sales tools/ processes at fixed day fixed time (FDFT) on all customers, thereby ensuring predictable & guaranteed service to them
4. Ensure that any commitments made are delivered/ actioned by the next FDFT visit
5. Grow the customer base (retail) by ensuring full coverage of designated market beats
6. Ensure timely communication and implementation of all schemes, offers, claims, etc.
7. Work on merchandising at retailers
8. Support in specific BTL programs as required
9. Build strong relationships with customers
10. Educate customers on new products and customer/consumer benefits
Educational requirements:
1. Intermediate/Diploma/Graduate
2. Experience: 3+years
3. Nature of experience: Channel sales
Desired candidate profile:
1. Candidates should have sales & marketing experience from FMCG, automotive, and parts sales background is preferable
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon and neighboring cities
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
