About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Research and record leads from several online platforms and offline events
2. Connect clients/leads over email, and on social networks
3. Manage social media whenever needed
4. Participate and manage bidding platforms
5. Work on being open to ideas, bring ideas, execute and learn to improvise
6. Do whatever the heck it takes to ensure a healthy and quality pipeline is in place.
7. Get leads > get appointments > assist in achieving healthy toplines
8. Work on being the king/queen of your data or the data of your managers - aka Excel sheets, Google sheets, and CRM

Who can apply

1. MBA from any good B-Schools holding experience(including extensive experience as an internship as a BDE) in any web development agency/software services is a preferred (not mandatory)

2. Solid grasp over communication skills- English written and spoken

3. A growth hack mindset and a go-getter attitude are a must

4. Experienced candidates who wish to restart their career or someone with an engineering background willing to hustle in business development - are welcome to apply

5. Freshers with good communication, willingness to work in business development, and are confident to deal with clients in the US, Canada, and a few other parts of the world are also welcome with a minimum of 2 years agreement

6. Should love organizing things (you don't stop there, you start organizing the thing that is already organized, for you, perfection is always a percent away, perfection is what you thrive for)

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 12,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: 2.4 LPA

2. Variable pay: 0.4 LPA

3. Other incentives: 0.2 LPA

Additional Information

Apply only if you are willing to work from Hyderabad (our office). We are currently located in Begumpet Hyderabad - in just 2 to 3 minutes walking we have metro.
