The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with enterprises to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication and consulting skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify partnership opportunities
2. Develop new relationships in an effort to grow the business and help the company expand
3. Maintain existing business accounts and upsell
4. Think critically when planning to assure project success
5. Set up scheduled demos or online meetings of prospects with our sales team
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the IT domain will be preferred
0-2 years' prior industry-related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
Prior experience with outbound sales tools like Sales Navigator etc. will be preferred
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
