About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Counselling potential learners, helping them with a suitable course packages
2. Carrying weekly enrolment/revenue and collection targets
3. Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of online/blended learning
4. Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you; This includes making phone/video calls, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management
5. Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 12,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3.8 - 4.16 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 47.4%

2. Variable component: 52.6%
