1. Work on lead generation from the different sales channels
2. Work on calling and emailing clients to close the deals
3. Meet and exceed sales targets
4. Create a business from new and existing customer accounts
5. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
6. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 11,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
