1. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects
2. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions
3. Work on outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources
4. Follow up on older leads and work on new leads
5. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

3. Good interpersonal skills and numerical and analytical ability
4. Excellent decision-making skills
5. Good at English (mandatory) plus Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu (optional)
6. Interested in sales
7. Active and good at communication
8. Good in negotiation and convincing
9. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization
Note:
1. Training will be provided for the initial few days for an employee to understand the end-to-end process
2. This job is a field job, where you have to travel to clusters and talk to prospects face to face
