About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate business through DSA'S/builders/channel partners/open market
2. Handle a DSA to achieve the business numbers
3. Plan, organize & initiate to identify new potential DSA, CA, financial consultants brokers & builders in the Respective area
4. Work on training and development of DSA
5. Manage key accounts with a focused approach and nurturing relations for perpetual and productive long-term business relationships
6. Interact with builders and developers and penetrate the product through different projects
7. Manage the data of prospective clients to get business
8. Analyze financial illegibility regarding customers
9. Work closely with legal and technical departments for project approvals

Skills & Requirements:

1. Experienced with home loan/loan against property and mortgage loan experience of banks/NBFCs/HFCs
2. Minimum 0-2 year experience in home loan
3. Should be an undergraduate/graduate/PG
4. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
5. Can work under pressure

Salary
