We are searching for an executive to generate leads. The executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities:
1. Contact potential customers via phone for generating the leads
2. Demonstrate the services which we are providing to our customers
3. Update the customer database with contact details, preferences, and inquiries
4. Make recommendations on service improvements
5. Provide customer service and troubleshoot problems
6. Respond to inquiries about services
7. Meet established performance goals
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida and neighboring cities
Proven experience working in a telesales environment
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Fluent in English
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 5%
3. Other incentives: 5%
