About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on leads that would be assigned from the marketing team
2. Counseling the student about the services and lining up them to attend the demo lecture
3. Posting demo, negotiating, and closing the calls
4. Working on maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
5. Working on targets and under pressure

Great communication and convincing skills

Flexible to work on additional days and hours

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
