Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make calls and follow up with customers
2. Understand customers' inquiries and resolve their problem
3. Handle customers' daily complaints
4. Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company
5. Attend networking activities to research/data and connect with prospective clients
6. Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
7. Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
8. Craft business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients
9. Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices
10. Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes
