2. Working on touching base with new clients decision-makers, presenting Grey & White credentials, and fixing and attending meetings between the client representative and Grey & White directors
3. Following systematic BD process, maintaining trackers, and SLAs, settling the new clients with the operations team
4. Organizing and attending client-G&W operations team meetings and facilitating action plans with operations heads and team leaders
5. Meeting clients (new and existing) & geography is not restricted
6. Creating a presence of Grey & White in the executive search services market through digital and social media branding activities
7. Ensuring client servicing is done as per clients priorities and targeted revenues are achieved
8. Ensuring mandate pools are available as per the requirements of the operations team
9. Helping in designing impactful marketing collaterals with help of graphic designers
