Key responsibilities:

1. Work on B2C sales
2. Work on counseling students and working professionals
3. Work on cold calling and explaining the management courses to students and working professionals
4. Keep a strong follow-up and solve their doubts
5. Understand customers needs and identify sales opportunities
6. Answer potential customer s questions and send additional information via email
7. Research and qualify new leads into opportunities
