Key responsibilities:

1. Connecting and counseling working professionals for career development programs
2. Cold-calling the leads and database and converting into sales
3. Promoting management programs as per the profile of the candidate
4. Maintaining connect with the candidates through meetings, calls and mailers
5. Maintaining the database and records of the candidates
6. Achieving the assigned targets on a monthly basis
7. Following pre and post-sales procedures
8. Contributing as a team player to encourage sales
