We are looking for an ambitious and energetic business development associate to help us expand our clientele. Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Locating/proposing potential business deals for the company by contacting potential partners/customers and by discovering and exploring opportunities. The goal is to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities:
1. Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
2. Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
3. Researching prospective accounts in target markets
4. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
5. Getting in touch with schools and attending meetings with their representatives
6. Working with the school principals/coordinators to take forward the pre-define procedure
7. Building successful relationships with schools
8. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
9. Generating and presenting monthly sales reports to executives
Keen interest in education and innovation. Being interested in solving business and customer issues through strong lines of communication and presence of mind.
An inherent ability to position, market, and sell an idea or product will be a key skill set
Proficiency in MS Office
