Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make regular field visits in assigned areas to identify potential partners and pitch to them the products & services offered by the company
2. Work on the lead generation and conversion in conjunction with the business development manager
3. Work on onboarding the new partners in the system and make them familiar with tech processes & loan-related applications
4. Gather regular feedback from the partners and ensure their queries are resolved in record time
5. Ensure targets of partnership are achieved as per the given timeline
6. Support the team with other responsibilities, as required
7. Familiarize yourself with all the gold loans products and services offered by the company

Requirements:

1. Candidates belonging to the age group of 21-30 years
2. Local candidates from Mumbai suburbs, Thane (preferred)
3. Availability to join immediately (preferred)
4. Candidates having a personal two-wheeler (preferred)
5. Excellent verbal communications skills in Hindi
6. Strong customer service skills
7. An HSC/Diploma in business, marketing, or a similar field (must)
9. Quick with calculations
10. Basic knowledge of MS Office (preferred)
11. Well-versed in using mobile applications
