Salt Worldwide is looking for a business development executive who is passionate about creating strategic alliances with key clients and partners. The successful candidate will have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken and be highly competent in using MS Excel.
Key responsibilities:
1. Establishing relationships with key clients and partners
2. Negotiating and renewing contracts
3. Developing potential new business opportunities
4. Attending meetings, trade shows, and industry events
5. Creating and maintaining various communication channels to maximize outreach
6. Ensuring service level agreements (SLA)s are met
7. Monitoring customer feedback, and developing plans to improve customer experience and satisfaction
