2. Generating leads for our software solutions using tele-calling & on-site meetings
3. Helping with follow-ups and other activities to improve the conversion of leads
4. Calling & meeting leads obtained from digital marketing, webinars, etc & arranging demos for prospects with the pre-sales team
5. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
6. Understanding challenges faced by Indian SMBs & gathering market feedback
