About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and target potential clients to promote our recruitment services
2. Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, networking events, and referrals
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing suitable solutions
4. Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales targets
5. Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and source suitable candidates for client positions
6. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
7. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to the management team
Who can apply:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
2. Proven experience in a similar business development role, preferably in the recruitment industry
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients
