1. Connecting with inbound inquiries
2. Generating interest for online chess classes
3. Explaining various courses, clearing their doubts, and suggesting the best option
4. Generating revenue (meeting or exceeding sales target)
5. Establishing new business opportunities
6. Adopting best practices for improving lead to sales conversion ratio
7. Maintaining accurate records
8. Reviewing sales performance
9. Making sure the demo is coordinated well and conducted on time
10. Dealing with parents of young kids and hence the most important aspect of this job would be your interpersonal skills and sensitivity to our customers
