About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work in collaboration with NGOs/Organizations/Community leaders/Educational institutes/Govt. departments/etc. to reach out to students
2. Counsel potential students during outreach and establish and maintain a good relationship with them
3. Maintain a database of parents/guardian/prospective students visiting Academy with the information as to their educational qualification, profession and annual income in the given format
4. Create a database of educational institutions in and around Mumbai and Campaigning to reach out to potential candidates
5. Perform counseling & career guidance to the interested students by making outbound calls, meeting and converting it to admissions
6. Willing to travel out station in the adjoining districts for building prospective networks
7. Resolve candidates' queries related to courses offered
8. Daily/weekly/monthly reports on work done to Project Manager

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience.

2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Navi Mumbai and neighboring cities

3. At least 4 years full-time experience out of which 2 years must be in Education sector/ Vocational Training sector in a reputed organization in similar position.

4. Qualification : Must be Graduate

5. Possess excellent communication skills along with excellent professional use of communicative and written English. Should possess a reasonably good IQ, perfect attitude, lots of patience and presentable personality

6. Should have in-depth understanding of the Student Admission/Enrolment Process in education sector

7. Have a detailed understanding of assigned territory and identify clusters for potential students

8. Well versed about Marathi and English language.

9. Salary: 33,000 per month
