About the job

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle and should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation abilities.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on new client acquisition/hunting
2. Generate new business by hunting for new accounts in the mid-size/SMB market
3. Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the sales funnel according to organizational growth plans
4. Ensure accurate sales forecasts and maintain the funnel
5. Report sales data and competition information
6. Align with the company's strategic objectives, handle and grow revenue and market share at designated accounts, and improve customer success at all levels within the customer organization
7. Develop and deliver business plans to address customer and prospect priorities and critical needs
8. Take ownership of account relationships and drive overall customer success for assigned accounts
9. Build consensus and develop relationships at multiple levels, including executive sponsors, influencers, and decision-makers
10. Lead large-scale transactions to close significant deals, build pipeline, forecast business, lead the internal team, and communicate key updates and competitive intelligence
11. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and suggest upgrades or services that may be of interest to them

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 5%
