Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
2. Meet and fix appointments with the school authorities
3. Manage the entire process of the customer
4. Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
5. Follow and achieve the department s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
6. Go the extra mile to drive sales
7. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
8. Build productive trust relationships with customers
9. Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the strategy)
10. Follow-up with all B2C leads received via digital media efforts
11. Work towards achieving given sales targets for the month

Requirements:

1. Graduation degree in any discipline
2. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
3. Proven record of excellent connections in the education fraternity, if any
4. An impeccable grasp of the English language
5. Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
6. Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
7. Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
8. Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
9. Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
