Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site visits to projects by corporate clients
2. Maintain a high level of exposure for the company through direct sales
3. Meet and exceed sales targets (closing deals)
4. Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients
5. Successfully create a business from new and existing guests
6. Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business and increase market/customer share in all revenue streams
7. Attend sales events, as required
8. Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
