Job description: We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling
3. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on calling, networking, and social media
4. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns about products and services
5. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
6. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
7. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
8. Negotiate/Close deals and handle complaints or objections
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
10. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a sales executive or sales background
2. Proficiency in English and Hindi
3. Ed-tech background preferred
4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
5. Hands-on experience with CRM software (optional)
6. Knowledge of marketing and negotiating techniques
7. Fast learner
8. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
9. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
