1. Build the local sports project (LSP/commercial policy) to make the sport accessible to as many sports users in my catchment
2. Manage the overall omni-business for the sport
3. Work to interact with like-minded sports users and customers with the objective of satisfying or satisfying user
4. Work to choose the product range as per the catchment analysis
5. Work on the merchandising and stock of the territory of the sports
6. Work on piloting, budgeting, and PnL for the sport (margin & shrinkage)
7. Assist to guarantee the result of the economic performance with the right forecasting and analysis of the result
8. Assist with practicing your sport at least once a week within exceptional seasonal sports
9. Build the sports community in your catchment
10. Work to mediate between the user and country sports leader (feedback)
11. Work on updating your planner, including events, workshops, and leaves
12. Manage to recruit a future sports leader with the help of your coaching
