About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and qualify new sales leads using networks and online research
2. Follow up on any sales leads, clearly providing pertinent facts
3. Use telephone, email, and social media to build and maintain strong connections with new and existing partners
4. Meet sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis and attend conferences, meetings, and industry events on behalf of the company

Note: Experience in digital marketing is added advantage and good English skills are preferred.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
