About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee the sales process to attract new clients
2. Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks
3. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
4. Research and identify new market opportunities
5. Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors
6. Foster a collaborative environment within the organization
7. Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company
8. Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department
9. Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
10. Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
11. Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
12. Craft business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
13. Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices
14. Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales
15. Review clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
16. Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
17. Build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship
