About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, emails
3. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
4. Work on requirements gathering and understanding
5. Work on nurturing clients from scratch to maturity
6. Work on reporting and data management (CRM)
7. Provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity
8. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
9. Keep prospective client database updated
10. Support in writing new business proposals
11. Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company
12. Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions

Must be detail-oriented and an active listener

Experience in generating leads in bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru) and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter) will be a plus

Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 85%

2. Variable component: 15%
