About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to align business development strategies.
5. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
6. Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay informed about industry trends.
7. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services and their applications.
8. Prepare and present business cases, proposals, and reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
9. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Nice to have:

1. MBA or advanced degree in Business or a related field.
2. Experience working in Banking / Loans/ Mutual Funds / Real Estate.
