Role: Business Development Executive - B2C (Study Abroad).

Crackverbal has been India's trusted mentor for over a decade, guiding ambitious students and professionals to gain admissions to top global universities. We blend personalized mentorship with technology-driven insights to deliver exceptional results.

As a B2C Sales Executive, you'll work directly with prospective students and young professionals who aspire to study abroad. Your primary goal is to understand their needs, educate them about Crackverbal's offerings, and help them choose the right solution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage proactively with potential students, handling inbound inquiries and generating new leads.
2. Understand the candidate's profile, background, and educational goals, and advise accordingly.
3. Conduct high-quality consultations, presentations, and demos, ensuring prospective students understand Crackverbal's unique value.
4. Follow up consistently to ensure conversion and build long-term relationships.
5. Track leads, pipeline, and conversions, ensuring you meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Provide feedback on customer needs to improve offerings and customer experience.

Skills & qualifications:

1. 1-3 years of experience (freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome).
2. Consultative sales style, excellent communication skills, and persuasive ability.
3. Empathy and ability to connect genuinely with students making critical life decisions.
4. Comfortable working towards targets with strong follow-up skills.
5. Prior experience in education or related sectors is a plus.
6. Compensation & Work Structure: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
7. Hybrid model: 3 days/week at office (WeWork, Mekhri Circle, Bangalore), 6 days
working, Saturday WFH.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 8,00,000 - 11,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
