Key responsibilities:
1. Lead Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from company-generated leads
2. Follow-up: Nurture leads by following up on inquiries and maintaining communication through various channels (phone calls, emails, etc.)
3. Qualification: Qualify leads based on established criteria and gather essential information to understand their needs and buying intent
4. Closing the deal: Work closely with the field sales team to facilitate the closing process, including negotiations and overcoming objections
5. Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate their value propositions to prospects
6. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments for the field sales team based on qualified leads
