Business Development Executive Job

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is the hustler of the company the deal closer, the door knocker, and the growth hacker. Your job is to identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue like a boss. You'll be on the frontline, representing the brand and hunting for leads that convert to long-term clients.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and field visits.
2. Research target industries and understand market trends to tap into new opportunities.
3. Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline.
4. Connect with decision-makers to understand business needs and pitch relevant solutions.
5. Deliver killer presentations, product demos, and proposals.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals profitably.
8. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
9. Follow up with clients and ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
10. Update CRM with all lead and deal activity.
11. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
12. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams for seamless client delivery.
