Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking
2. Build a robust pipeline of prospects
3. Understand client needs and propose tailored in-house solutions
4. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders in-house
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales and execution cycle
6. Provide software training to company branches
7. Prepare and deliver compelling in-house presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients
8. Negotiate and close deals ensuring mutual benefits
9. Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to align client requirements with service offerings
10. Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends and client needs
11. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress using CRM tools
12. Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and forecasts
13. Create SOWs and FRDs for proposed project requirements
