About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement business development strategies to penetrate and expand within the haircare industry.
2. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive strategic initiatives. Sales Management
3. Develop sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring performance against targets. Revenue Generation
4. Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, partnerships, and client relationships.
5. Negotiate and close key deals with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners. Market Expansion
6. Explore new market opportunities and develop entry strategies to maximize market penetration.
7. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute effective promotional campaigns and brand positioning. Relationship Management
8. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and industry influencers.
9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services. Performance Analysis
10. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
11. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on business development activities, progress, and achievements.

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
