About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and prospect clients: Research and identify potential clients in need of IT solutions and services
2. Client engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
3. Needs assessment: Understand client requirements and pain points to propose suitable IT solutions
4. Sales presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients
5. Negotiation and closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets
6. Account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
7. Market research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
8. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in IT sales
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred
3. Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and services
4. Communication skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (must)
5. Sales acumen: Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
6. Customer focus: Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
7. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Negotiation: Proficient in negotiation and closing sales deals
9. Team player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
10. LinkedIn proficiency: Active on LinkedIn for networking, prospecting, and client engagement
