About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting inquiring students to select the right course
2. Selling courses through outbound, inbound and online processes
3. Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
4. Counseling the working professionals related to the suitable courses as per their domain
5. Identifying opportunities for new business development through lead generation
6. Focusing on inside sales and outdoor meetings, if required
7. Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up
8. Attending around 150 calls daily in order to achieve the allocated targets
9. Creating and maintaining a database of prospect clients
10. Maintaining a database (Salesforce, Excel) of prospective client information and identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
