About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on identifying potential leads on LinkedIn
2. Work on sending connection requests and messages to leads
3. Work on crafting personalized and compelling messages to engage leads
4. Receive MQLs from the email marketing team and qualify them
5. Conduct initial outreach to potential customers via email, phone calls, or social media
6. Educate prospects about the company's offerings and benefits by sharing a presentation
7. Set appointments and schedule product demos or meetings for the Inside Sales Team
8. Nurture leads that are not yet ready to purchase
9. Keep detailed records of lead interactions in the CRM system
10. Receive warm leads from the pre-sales team
11. Conduct in-depth sales conversations and product demonstrations
12. Address the prospect's objections and concerns
13. Provide product proposals
14. Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services
15. Maintain up-to-date customer information in the CRM
16. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and refine targeting strategies
