About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Co-ordinate and conduct the training of partners/employees
2. Follow and submit the daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
3. Work on business development planning and implementation
4. Work on the acquisition of new clients/franchisees as per the business plan
5. Work on lead generation, lead conversion, and lead management activation (pre-commissioning and hand-holding) of new franchisee

Requirements:

1. Good communication, and presentation skills, and should be comfortable with sales
