1. Showing tour of the property
2. Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks
3. Conducting market research, gathering information through surveys, or speaking to clients and staff
4. Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions
5. Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers
6. Tracking sales using CRM
7. Updating documents and sales records
8. Reviewing sales performance against sales targets
9. Observing and carrying out sales processes
10. Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions
11. Assisting managers with negotiations
12. Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders
13. Supporting our digital marketing team with campaign ideas
14. Brainstorming campaign ideas
15. Completing other administrative tasks as needed

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,80,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 50%
2. Variable component: 40%
3. Other incentives: 10%
