Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve company targets.
2. Conduct thorough business research to identify potential clients and market trends.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective networking and interpersonal skills.
4. DB Recruitment and DB Management to drive Sales.
5. Lead and motivate the Distributor Sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
6. This will be Hard Core Field Job.
7. Utilize Microsoft Teams and MS-Excel to track sales performance and analyze data for informed decision-making.
8. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through impactful presentations and clear communication channels.
