Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with a flair for innovative outreach strategies and a passion for creating lasting business relationships. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in onboarding new employers onto our platform and fostering strong, long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

1. Fieldwork Engagement: Regularly engage with potential employers in the field (In Hyderabad City and surrounding areas), understanding their recruitment challenges and showcasing our platform's unique value proposition.
2. Innovative Outreach: Organize and participate in community job fairs, conduct workshops for employers about online recruitment advantages, and run local campaigns to promote our platform.
3. Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in organizations, ensuring their needs are met and feedback is addressed.
4. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual employer signup targets.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing and talent acquisition teams to strategize and execute targeted employer outreach campaigns.
6. Feedback Loop: Actively gather market feedback, understand the evolving needs of employers, and relay this information to the product and tech teams for platform enhancement.
7. Partnerships: Collaborate with local newspapers, community organizations, and training institutions to promote our platform.
8. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities using the company's CRM.
Skill(s) required
Business Research English Proficiency (Spoken) Marketing Sales
Who can apply

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 1-3 Years of business development or sales experience, preferably in the recruitment industry.

3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and implement innovative outreach strategies.

5. Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.

6. Familiarity with the recruitment landscape of Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities is a plus.

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year
