About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Prospect and acquire brands for the platform by closing deals with the best brands across the country
2. Understand the brand proposition, negotiate with brands on commercial agreements, and set proper expectations
3. Oversee the onboarding process for new brands on to the platform and work with various stakeholders inside and outside for a quick turnaround
4. Build strong communication channels at all levels of the brand organization to strengthen relationships, successfully execute initiatives and drive growth
5. Identify opportunities to deepen the relationship with the brand organization; expand the product and brand portfolio
6. Maintain a broad understanding of the brand's P&L, revenue targets, and gross margins and use it for better decision-making
7. Actively work on building the team, its capabilities, and position
8. Work with communications teams and partnerships teams to create a strong pipeline
Skill(s) required
Sales
Who can apply

1. MBA would be preferred

2. Any sales experience prior to MBA would be an advantage

3. Hands-on business development, brand/retailer onboarding, and account management experience

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 40,000 - 70,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 4 - 7.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
