About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build your local sports project (LSP)
2. Choose your range as per your catchment analysis (range selection)
3. Work on merchandising and stock
4. Work on piloting and PNL for your sport (margin, shrinkage)
5. Work on achieving your ambition
6. Practice your sport a minimum of once a week within exceptional seasonal sports
7. Build your sports community in your catchment
8. Give regular IDMs
9. Mediate between your user and DMI (feedback)
10. Update your planner including events, workshops, and leaves
11. Recruit future sports leaders
12. Keep your layout commercially optimized

1. Must be passionate about sports

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 28,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,36,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
