This role at MentorBoxx is focused on sales/conversion-enabled business growth. The growth would be enabled through your individual and team contributions.
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle a team of 30 interns to complete day-to-day operations, sales, and management
2. Ensure that the marketing campaigns result in traction on the platform
3. Ensure achievement of targets by teams and individual KPIs
4. Nurture and convert prospects to drive profitable growth
5. Follow up with the prospects and close the sales within the sales cycle
6. Achieve weekly targets in a fast-paced environment
7. Ensure the brand-standard experience of prospective team members

Have a proven track record of managing 30+ individuals
Ability to achieve business targets and contribute to revenue via sales
Demonstrated experience in the ed-tech industry
Have a minimum of 3-6 months of work experience in similar roles/profiles

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 60%
2. Variable component: 30%
3. Other incentives: 10%
