About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Capturing the entire profiling of newly acquired FAN including all the social media handles
2. Working on competitor partner acquisition
3. Hand-holding the new FAN for first three months of acquisition
4. Training the new FAN on all the software and policies of the organization
5. Initiating new sales for the FAN through his natural market
6. Achieving the first three months' sales targets for assigned FAN
7. Maintaining healthy relationship with the assigned FAN
8. Achieving equity revenue targets of the mapped FAN
9. Activating FAN for new KYCs
10. Working on cross-sales of MF/HI/LI/GI and other products
11. Achieving optimum customer satisfaction
12. Connecting with the assigned FAN regularly
