About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage potential hotel partners proactively expanding our network in the region
2. Negotiate terms and conditions skillfully with both new and existing hotel partners to secure advantageous agreements
3. Monitor and enhance partner performance through regular analysis and strategic advice
4. Keep abreast of market trends and competitor strategies to inform and adjust our approach
5. Ensure effective communication with both internal teams and external partners to align strategies and expectations
6. Provide ongoing training and support to hotel partners ensuring they are proficient in using our platform and tools
7. Maintain high standards of partner compliance with our service quality and guest experience expectations
8. Conduct regular visits to partner hotels to strengthen relationships and gather insights
9. Develop and implement strategies aimed at maximizing revenue for both the partners and EaseMyTrip.com
10. Generate detailed reports and provide constructive feedback to partners based on performance metrics

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field from a recognized institution

2. 3-5 years of relevant experience in hotel contracting, business development, or B2B sales in the travel and hospitality industry

3. Comprehensive understanding of the hotel and travel industry, particularly in the Bangalore market

4. Exceptional negotiation skills with a successful track record in deal-making

5. Strong capability in data analysis and decision-making based on market insights

6. Outstanding communication skills for effective partnership management

7. Quick and effective problem-solving abilities with innovative solutions

8. Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems to manage data and relationships efficiently

9. Proven ability to collaborate within a team to meet collective goals

10. Flexibility to adapt strategies in dynamic market conditions
