Business Development Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the 3D scanning and BIM modeling sectors
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
3. Conduct presentations negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients
4. Lead client meetings understand their needs and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements
5. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and market share
6. Work closely with internal teams including technical finance and operations to ensure smooth project execution
7. Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions to clients within agreed timelines
8. Coordinate with other departments to optimize client engagement and project execution
9. Utilize CRM tools to manage and track client interactions sales activities and follow-ups
10. Maintain detailed records of estimates quotations and invoices ensuring timely processing

Requirements:

1. Possess 1-2 years of experience in business development preferably in the construction architecture or technology sectors
2. Demonstrate excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
3. Exhibit strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide teams and drive business success
4. Show proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools for managing client relationships and sales pipeline
5. Prepare estimates quotations and contracts with accuracy
6. Display high levels of organization attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
7. Thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment with a strong focus on results
