Business Development Sales Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Meeting potential business leads, pitching the product and closing the deal
2. Brainstorming new marketing campaigns and implement it accordingly
3. Analyzing the market data and converting them into effective actionable specifics
4. Meeting the quaterly, monthly and yearly sales target as set by the team
5. Working on building a pipeline of potential clients for future reference
6. Doing cold calling, cold emailing and generating potential leads
7. Understanding the market and strategizing the sales plan according to it
8. Forecasting sales volumes and the expenses for their department
9. Doing cross-departmental coordination to ensure the smooth functioning of his department
10. Meeting with founders and helping them to strategize on how to increase their market share
11. Doing market research and analyzing competitor's business models to plan sales strategy accordingly
12. Preparing, compiling and organizing sales reports

Required:

1. Outgoing extrovert personality
2. Energetic approach to every challenging situation
3. Approachable and pleasing personality
4. Experience required- 1 to 4 years
5. Should have valid driving license
6. Should Know Marathi (preferably) and Hindi and English (mandatory)
7. Need marketing graduates and postgraduates only

Additional information:

1. Compensation offered- 2 to 3.5 LPA plus incentives based on the conversions
2. Working Mode- Work from office
