About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Own the complete cycle from prospecting to closing and launching new customers
2. Manage the outbound and inbound leads
3. Hit the sales quota
4. Provide support for clients by learning and addressing their requirements and mapping them to Wooqer's unique value proposition
5. Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to build trust and confidence in the product and organization
6. Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers
7. Stay current on company offerings and industry trends
8. Maintain and track CRM at all times
9. Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to create a better customer experience
10. Handle complaints and negotiations and work deals towards closures
11. Win the deals and ensure a smooth onboarding

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 12,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 600000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 600000 /year
