Key responsibilities:

1. Work on achieving exceptional conversion on incoming leads from marketing
2. Focus on existing large accounts and expand them with a focus on recurring revenue streams
3. Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers
4. Work very closely with the team for lead development and customer success

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
